Set up a garage studio.
Unless you have an extra unused room in your house, you should set up a recording studio in your garage.  This can be temporary and designed for quick setup/takedown.  See video "How to Set Up A Garage Photo Studio" in playlist "How To Record Videos At Home".

Equipment

Backdrop.  To provide a neutral background for recording, either
purchase a long window shade from your hardware store.  Mount in on the front edge of existing garage shelves.  Alternatively, you could attach a board to the wall, and mount the brackets on that.
You could also purchase a commercial backdrop, with an adjustable free standing support, but that's more expensive, and harder to set up for use.

Sunlight through outside windows. Sunlight shining through a window can cause problems in a studio.  You should block the window with a covering that diffuses the light.  For an inside window, you may already have a window covering that willl diffuse the light.  The simplest solution if the window does not have a covering is to install a light-filtering window shade.  That takes advantage of sunlight, but softens it so it won't glare.

Lights.  Purchase a photography light set from the internet.  These range from $50 to $150 and usually have 2 umbrella lights, an accent light, and extra bulbs.

A folding table $40-$80
Chair - depends on what type.  I use a cheap card table chair. $15-$50

Teleprompter, laptop, ipad or smartphone.
A teleprompter lets you look directly into the camera while reading a script.
For info, see playlist:  teleprompters
Note:  In video "Caddie Buddy .....", I mentioned that the Velcro pulls loose from the mirror.  One way to fix that is to put a long cable tie around left and right side of the mirror and the ends of the Velcro strip.  Tighten the tie, cut off the excess.  With the ties in place you can carefully remove the light shield without pulling the strip loose.  Mike, the inventor of Caddie Buddy was very helpful.  His new Velcro has much better glue, and he's sending me a replacement strip.

To use the studio
Pull down the background window shade.  If you have a light diffusing window shade over an outside window, and the sun is shining in, pull that shade down also.
Set up all the equipment.  Lights, teleprompter, table, chair, etc.
Use laptop with a camera control app to check the lighting, and the position of everything in the scene.
Record your video, using the teleprompter.  Simultaneously record audio with Windows Voice Recorder on the laptop.
